Kaido Terms and Conditions — In plain language

1 General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Kaido platform (kaido.fun) and applies to all services offered on the platform. Kaido is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Kaido ("we", "us", "our"). Compliance with Kaido's Terms & Conditions is mandatory for all registered members.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail; however, the Bengali version is provided for the convenience of members in Bangladesh.

2 Account Register

To open an account on Kaido, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid mobile number or email address must be provided.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited.
• Your login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration, Kaido may request identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Under Kaido's Terms & Conditions, the following eligibility requirements must be met to use the platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. Kaido strictly prohibits accounts for minors.
• Mental Capacity: Users must be of sound mind and capable of making decisions, and must be aware of the risks involved in betting.
• Voluntary Participation: Use of the platform must be entirely voluntary — not under pressure or as a result of deception.
• Self-Exclusion List: If you have previously self-excluded from any gaming platform, you should not register on Kaido.

Kaido reserves the right to verify the age of any account if there is any doubt. The account may be temporarily suspended until proof of age is submitted.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Kaido:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. Maximum deposit is BDT 1,00,000 per day (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawal Time: Usually processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.

• Your Account: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.

If you have accepted a bonus prior to withdrawing, the wagering requirements for that bonus must be met before the withdrawal can be processed. Kaido never charges additional fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kaido offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following rules apply to the use of all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, clearly specified in the offer details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus play — the list of applicable games is specified separately for each bonus.
• Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently obtain a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

Under Kaido's Terms & Conditions, Kaido reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, bonuses already earned will remain subject to the terms that were in place at the time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing Sports Betting wagers or playing casino games on Kaido:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless approved by Kaido under special circumstances.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• Kaido is not liable if a bet is not accepted during live betting due to network delays.
• If match-fixing or any form of dishonest betting is proven, the account and all winnings will be forfeited.
• The maximum bet amount is set separately for each game or event.

Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by independent third parties. Kaido ensures that all game outcomes are completely fair and uninfluenced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kaido platform:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market across multiple accounts to guarantee risk-free profit (arbitrage).
• Reproducing or distributing any platform content without Kaido's permission.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Kaido may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance in a normally closed account will be returned. However, accounts closed due to rule violations may have their balance forfeited.

• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment provider.
