In 2898 AD, six thousand years into the Kali Yuga, the desertified city of Kasi is the last known city in a post-apocalypctic world ruled by the totalitarian god king, Supreme Yaskin, from a hovering inverted-pyramidal-megastructure above the city, known as the "Complex". The Complex sucks the Earth’s resources to maintain a gated paradise which can only be entered by the payment of one million "units". Yaksin's rule is enforced by Commander Manas, as the head of his army of Raiders, and Counsellor Bani, who keeps a check against all kinds of threats to Yaskin, especially the arrival of Kalki.
